How to Reset Your Device

Resetting your device wipes all the settings so that it will sync with CT and start from scratch again, reinstalling the firmware.


To reset a device follow these steps:

Head into your Location in the dashboard, select Devices and click on the device you want to reset.

Click on the action button at the top right and select Reset.

Acknowledge the reset warning and click Reset It to confirm the reset.
