Connection failure, check your firewall settings.

If you get an error when you login as so:

This usually means the box can't communicate with the radius servers. This will either be connection related - think firewall / Internet connectivity. Or, if could be a mismatched set of configuration files.

First do a full resync of the box and if the problem persists, contact support through your dashboard widget as we may need to remove your device from the blacklist.

Make sure you don't have multiple boxes from different locations / customers on a single IP. Our radius may blacklist your devices if it notices unusual behaviour.
