Problems Setting Your Network IP Address

You cannot set an IP address for your network that conflicts with another IP address/subnet on your network.

For example, your box is connected to a router. The router has the network 192.168.1.1/24. You cannot therefore create a network in Cucumber that uses the 192.168.1.X.

If you try and set a conflicting IP address you will get an error.

If you are unsure what network your device is being assigned, look at your devices page. In this example the IP allocated is 192.168.1.136. So creating a network within CT with 192.168.1.X will not be possible.

If you want to access resources on the wired network through the wireless network you can make use of the Bridge to LAN option.
