How to Disable All Email Alerts
Your Brand settings now give you the ability to disable all outbound email alerts.
This does not apply to Brand and Location triggers. These will continue to send, and need to be manually removed if unwanted.
This feature is available to Premium plans and above only.
To disable all outbound email alerts, follow these steps:
Click on the grid icon at the top right of your dashboard, and select Brands.
Click the action button for the brand you want to edit, and select Settings.
Scroll down to the card titled Email Settings.
Toggle the switch labelled Email Alerts and save your changes.
